Apprentice Baker

A Career opportunity as an Apprentice Baker is now available at Bakers Delight (Church Street) Brighton.

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic full-time 1st or 2nd Year Apprentice Baker(s) to join our team.

Our Apprentices are hands on from day one. You will learn the art and science of baking through formal training, through one-on-one coaching and support from baking team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Baking and presenting quality product to meet changing customer needs
- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
- Assisting the Bakery Manager with stock control and production expenses
- Providing delightful customer service when required

You will also need to:

- Have a passion for baking;
- Be a morning person Some shifts commence from 1am;
- A positive attitude and thrive in a team environment;
- Be prepared to work hard.

To be eligible as an Apprentice, you must be an Australian Citizen or a Permanent Resident.
