**ABOUT GROOM2GROW**

We aim to deliver love and stylish grooming to all fur babies, we take extensive notes after

they are groomed and record them on their files. Most importantly, we take the best care of

them while they are in our hands, which leads our little ones to always run into our salon just

for cuddles. We provide top-notch grooming services for all breeds of dogs and comfortable

suites and playtime for them in air-conditioned comfort.
- We only use PH balance premium shampoo & conditioner
- We keep records and know their grooming preference
- Grooming more than 300 lovely puppies every year
- 99% regular clients and puppies

**About the Role - Job Description**:

- Leading, motivating and coaching a high performing team
- Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service and

attention to detail
- Problem resolution and maintaining centre standards
- Overseeing well-being of dogs in care and building rapport with pet owners
- Assisting with the hiring process, including conducting interviews, trials and training

new staff
- Assist with public and private events both onsite and offsite
- Handle incident reports, emergency, and first-aid situations
- Assist in setting and reaching sales goals

**Desired Experience**:

- Dog Lover
- Aspiring to or have previously managed a grooming salon
- Experience and knowledge with managing a team, rosters and salon booking

schedule
- Experience grooming and clipping across different breeds of dogs in a salon

environment-Excellent dog handling skills and breed knowledge
- Able and willing to lift 20kg
- Flexible availability
- As part of this process, you will be asked to complete a Grooming Skills Assessment

and Fitness Assessment.
