**Region APV > Sales APAC > Sales Operations and KAM - APC** The Asia Pacific Business Unit covers all countries throughout the Asia Pacific region & China. The unit sells Vestas Wind turbine solutions and Service solutions into these markets and forms part of the broader Vestas Global Sales network. The department is responsible for sales operations in the respective sub-regions across onshore and offshore portfolio of projects, with a focus on project configuration, costing and pricing, and value engineering. Regional Sales Operations coordinates with other internal functions to ensure value engineering solutions are systematically applied to all projects to support the sales objectives and to strengthen Vestas' value proposition & closely work with Global Sales Team & the Key account management. The function is the owner of the governance across the region as well as the key driver for budgeting, forecasting and objective setting for the sales organization **Responsibilities** - Reporting to the SVP Sales, the key responsibility is to lead and develop the RSO team for APAC and be accountable for the team performance. - Manage the team to support our customers with the best value propositions, timely information and high-quality proposals to make Vestas the leading sustainable energy solutions provider. - Take a central role to support the strategic and tactical direction for Vestas in the region. Be a key interface point with Vestas' global functions to ensure a consistent message and co-ordination with Sales and Sales Operations from the Asia Pacific region. - Work with the Sales organization and others in the WTG Sales Management team to seek out ways to improve efficiency in the Sales process and remove internal roadblocks. - Facilitate rollout of new initiatives developed within the region or initiated by Global Sales. - Actively support the organization to secure deal closures. - Promote the use of Vestas tools, systems and process to ensure a consistent approach and improve workflow within the Sales organization. - Work with Sales to provide short to medium term Sales forecasts. - Work with other managers across the Business Unit to manage RSO resources and deal workflow. - Responsible for both the Onshore & Offshore business of Vestas **Qualifications** - Relevant Bachelor Degree with MBA preferred **Competencies** - Strong people skills with excellent written and verbal communication - Confident commercial acumen and financial literacy - Experience with MS office, SalesForce and SAP or similar systems - A desire to develop and maintain internal networks and relationships - Ability to effectively manage, motivate and develop a team of high performing professionals - A congenial team player with a proven ability to work with other functions in a matrix organization - Understanding of large infrastructure project economics and financial metrics - Ability to develop process and implement change - Key time management skills with an attention to deadlines - Ability to show initiative and creativity in improving the Value proposition - Strong intercultural skills **Additional Information** - Seoul based role working within a knowledgeable and collaborative team - Please note: We do amend or withdraw our jobs and reserve the right to do so at any time, including prior to the advertised closing date. **What we offer** - An established safety culture - An opportunity to work with the world leader in wind energy - The opportunity to further develop your skills and professional development - Global career progression prospects **About Vestas** Vestas is the energy industry’s global partner on sustainable energy solutions.
