**The Role**

As Store Manager for their Chadstone store you will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations and leading a team of up to 40 sales associates with a team based, people centric approach. In this business the customer experience is paramount, so upholding a high level of customer service whilst driving sales and KPIs is the key to driving further success in this already thriving location.

**What we’re looking for**
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience
- Experience leading large teams of 30+ sales associates
- Thorough operational understanding in a high stock volume, multi branded environment
- Strong, enthusiastic leader with the ability to effectively develop a diverse, established team
- Fashion forward individual with a passion for the retail industry, and good eye for styling and trend forecasting
