**The Role**

Reporting into the IT Manager, this role is an exciting opportunity to prove your knowledge and expertise in a recognised organisation. As the Applications Analyst, you will be responsible for the following:

- Being the first point of contact for ERP/WMS/Business Application service and support for the wider organisation
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with ERP/WMS/Business Applications
- Liaising with and supporting external vendors
- Making modifications to the system settings
- Deliver customer focused solutions
- Assisting the IT with the planning and delivery of projects surrounding the ERP/WMS/Business Applications
- Test, evaluate and make recommendations for new technology rollout
- Partner with colleagues and departments requiring technical expertise or support
- Any other reasonable duties requested by the IT Manager
- Propose alternative processes, solutions and technologies that are likely to bring about high-quality outcomes

**Your Profile**

You have demonstrated analysis experience, with keen problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external.***

Key selection criteria include:

- Experience delivering training and support to a wide range of stakeholders
- Hands on experience with Sap Business One or similar ERP systems
- Experienced in Ms SQL including developing advanced SQL queries
- Expert knowledge of relevant ICT platform systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented and proud of producing high-calibre work
- Strong interpersonal skills
