We are independent supermarket looking for someone enthusiastic to be part of our team.
This position is for high level of management so experiência is required.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Leading and developing a team.
- Planning and rostering.
- Retail industry knowledge
- Achieving sales, gross profits and wage control targets.
- Ability to build the business and mitigate losses
- Maintaining a work schedule and rostering that reflects the customer’s needs.
- Demonstrated ability in stock management and merchandising.
- Controlling ordering and stock to an acceptable level relevant to department sales.
- Maintaining store pricing and ticketing.
- Maintaining the appearance and layout of department.
- Controlling store expenses and losses
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Minimum 1 years previous exp in similar role
- Valid RSA
- Australian citizen or full working rigths
**Salary**: $66,497.80 - $75,427.55 per year
Schedule:
- Fixed shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- WEST MELBOURNE, VIC 3003: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
