**What are we looking for?**

We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Aqua Aerobics Instructors for our Caloundra and Kawana locations. This is a great opportunity to establish and grow your career in group fitness, while helping grow and develop our membership base.

**Key Duties/Responsibilities**
- Engage and welcome members with an energetic and helpful attitude
- Prepare unique playlists for classes and update choreography periodically
- Bubbly and outgoing nature with a focus on exceptional customer experience
- Assist members with entering the water before outlining the class format
- Attend training workshops with lead instructors to maintain and further develop skills

**Role Requirements**
- Aqua Aerobics qualification or Certificate III in Fitness **(required)**:

- Current Blue Card (Working with children check) **(desirable)**:

- Current CPR **(desirable)**:

- Current First Aid **(desirable)**:

- High-level interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
- A passion for fun and fitness, with the belief that you are there for the members and their health and well-being
