**About the Role**

We are on the lookout for an empathetic and compassionate individual who loves providing a high standard of customer service. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you’ll be the face of our team, representing us at the front reception desk. Your role is crucial as you advocate for our programs, supporting residents and their families.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**: Engage with prospective clients and families, offering empathy and understanding
- **Administrative Support**: Coordinate all front-desk reception activities, handle billing, invoicing, and payments using Xero
- **Housekeeping**: Ensure the office operates smoothly by managing general housekeeping and presentation within the facility
- **Operational Support**: Manage agendas, appointments, and other operational requirements as required

**What We Are Looking For**:

- **Customer Service Skills**: Excellent phone and customer service skills with a focus on providing real help
- **Experience**: Previous experience in Office Administration, Executive Assistance, or a similar role
- **Emotional Intelligence**: Strong emotional intelligence to manage complex work and interactions
- **Technical Proficiency**: Intermediate use of Office 365 programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)v
- **Health Services or Mental Health Experience**: Preferred, but not mandatory
- **Attention to Detail**: Great attention to detail, even in high-pressure situations

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Understanding of community services and AOD support
- Prior experience and skills in Mental Health and Risk assessments

**About you - Essential Criteria**

Receptionist experience: 1 year
Current and valid Driver’s Licence
Police Check
