- $70,000 - $79,000 plus 7.5% annual bonus

Ten Recruitment is looking for Warehouse Operatives to join our long-term client on a full-time, permanent basis, based in Hope Valley, WA. You will work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations within the warehouse.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Performing day to day pick, pack & dispatch warehouse operations, receipting goods in & out and replenishing pick bays.
- Loading and unloading items from transporters & the client’s fleet vehicles safely and efficiently
- Reviewing and checking all orders for quality and accuracy before despatch, treating all stock with the utmost care to reduce potential damage or remake
- Ensuring safe and clean work practices and company policies and procedures are adhered to
- Participating in toolbox meetings to discuss warehouse tasks for completion raising any staff, product, process and/or safety issues
- Ensuring that deadlines for orders to clients are met and stock is efficiently handled and stored
- Assisting in stocktakes and cycle counts as directed by the Inventory Controller/Warehouse Supervisor.
- Having a great attitude and commitment to the role
- Providing exceptional customer service to our client base
- Being flexible to enable the smooth workflows in all aspects of warehousing duties when required

You will:

- Have a valid Forklift Licence.
- Ideally have worked in a FMCG or Food Production Business
- Be able to demonstrate your experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Have a commitment to zero harm in the workplace and adherence to safe work practices
- Be able to perform physical duties as required, with no restrictions.
- Have the ability to follow instructions, SOP's and have good communication skills.
- Be able to work well within a team and respect diversity in the workplace.
- Have RF Scanner exposure, or experience within aWMS environment.
- Have fantastic attention to detail.
- Have solid numeracy skills.
