**Opportunity for you.**:
We are looking for a driven and collaborative individual with strong stakeholder management skills to join Cirka as a Evening Client Service Manager. The Client Service Manager is responsible for managing the cleaning operations and services for a premium high-rise commercial building in Melbourne’s CBD.

This is a full time and permanent role, reporting to the Portfolio Manager (Commercial) and leading a team of around 20, including cleaners and supervisors.

You will be joining a dynamic and forward thinking management team at this premium building, some of your key responsibilities will include:
**Client Service**
- Build and maintain excellent internal and external relationships, leveraging relationships through existing clients and contacts.
- Identify issues and provide solutions, ensuring actions are completed and followed.
- Effectively manage all operations, including having a clear understanding of the agreed scope of works and the integrated management plan, which sets out contract specific responsibilities, agreed resources, procedures and practices.

**Client Delivery**
- Work according to set budgetary constraints thereby retaining profitability.
- Complete monthly reporting requirements, as per contractual or business requirements.
- Conduct cleaning inspections in accordance with agreed inspection plans, ensuring outcomes are reported and any actions closed out within agreed timeframes.
- Ensure safe work practices are followed within the business and that equipment is maintained in a safe operating condition.
- Review and provide onsite training relating to cleaning methods and standards.

**People Management / Leadership**
- Lead, manage and motivate the cleaning service and delivery teams.
- Manage labour costs through provision of timely and accurate information to ensure employees are paid in accordance with the relevant awards and according to duties/hours of work.
- Manage, with support from People & Culture team, employee performance and/or conduct issues.
- Create an environment where team members can suggest new ideas to improve the business.

To be considered for this role it is essential that you can demonstrate the following:

- Experience of cleaning service operations including contract management, completing regular quality / service delivery inspections.
- Experience working with heavy duty cleaning machinery and equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills and experienced in working with and resolving issues for employees at all levels within the business.
- Good understanding of financial processes, including purchasing, managing operations within budget and completing analysis on basic financial data.
- Experience managing or supervising a team, including the management and coordination of employees through rostering, redeployment, delivering training and toolbox sessions, addressing performance and/or employee issues.
- Experience in completing audits, hazard identification, risk assessments and incident investigations, with a good understanding of the return to work process and employer’s injury management obligations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and a skilled presenter. Able to work to deadlines, address conflicting priorities to ensure outcomes are delivered.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office suite and experience working with online document management and auditing systems.
- Tertiary qualification in Cleaning Operations, Management or Training & Assessment is desired but not essential.

NOTE: All Applicants must have the right to work on a full time ongoing basis (38 hours per week).
