We are working exclusively with one of our Blue-chip clients in search of a Maintenance Fitter to join their ever-growing team. This is a great opportunity to cement yourself in a business that provide long term employment with countless career opportunities.

Our client is a national manufacturer with a presence right across Australia. They are committed to providing the highest quality products and services to our customers.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Keep machinery in good condition to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency.
- Engage in ongoing efforts to improve production processes in both the production area and the wider factory.
- Possess technical expertise relevant to the job.
- Familiarity with tooling and die sets is necessary.
- Prior experience in maintaining roll-form machinery is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
- Prior welding experience is highly desirable.

**To be successful**:

- Trade qualification
- Relevant trade experience (Manufacturing exposure is advantageous)
- Great attitude and willingness to be a team player
- Form roller experience is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
