**About the Role**

As a Production Potter, you’ll play a key role in creating high-quality ceramic pieces that reflect Monte Lupo’s unique artistic style and commitment to excellence. Your days will be filled with hands-on ceramic production, wheel throwing, hand-building, trimming, glazing, and kiln operations. You’ll collaborate with designers and fellow artists to bring creative visions to life, ensuring every piece meets our artistic and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Produce ceramic pieces through wheel throwing and hand-building techniques, achieving consistency across production lines.
- Prepare clay and glazes, inspect finished products, record production data, and report any quality issues.
- Collaborate with designers and team members to align with creative direction and contribute ideas for process improvements.

**Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience in ceramic production, preferably within a studio or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in wheel throwing and/or hand-building techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
