Reservations Supervisor

**The Role**

**Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is a luxury spa and hot springs destination located in Fingal, on the picturesque Mornington Peninsula.**
- **Supervise, monitor, and train new and existing Reservations Agents to maintain a consistent Tone of Voice and enhance the guest experience**
- **Maximise revenue by converting enquires into confirmed bookings**
- **Maintain oversight of the property’s availability, capacity, rates and bookings to optimise operations.**
- **Ensure Reservation Agents are informed of all promotions and packages to support effective selling.**

**About You**
- **You**have 1-2 years experience in a similar role**
- **You**are guest centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude**
- **You**have excellent personal presentation and strong communication skills**
- **You**are capable, reliable and responsible**
- **You**have a valid visa or working rights for Australia**
