**Travel Store Manager / Team Leader - High-End Travel Agency**

**Location**: Sydney CBD | **Salary**: $75K + Super + Lucrative Commissions | **Hours**: Monday to Friday Only

**Your Role**
- **Drive sales & performance**, leading a passionate and high-performing travel team.
- **Manage store operations**, ensuring seamless service and premium customer experience.
- **Achieve & exceed sales targets**, crafting luxury, high-value travel experiences.
- **Work with top-tier suppliers** to create bespoke, high-end itineraries.
- **Utilise Galileo & CrossCheck** to manage bookings with accuracy and efficiency.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Proven experience** as a Travel Manager, Team Leader, or Senior Travel Consultant.
- **Strong GDS skills** (Galileo required).
- **Passion for luxury travel** and delivering exceptional customer service.
- **Sales-driven mindset** with a history of exceeding revenue targets.
- **Leadership skills**—ability to motivate, coach, and inspire a team to success.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
