**Marketing Specialist Job Description**

**Position Summary**

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in marketing, with at least three years of professional experience. You will thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments, bringing creativity and strategic thinking to our marketing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute advertising strategies and integrated marketing campaigns to achieve sales and growth objectives.
- Provide expert advice to management and clients on marketing initiatives to effectively reach target audiences and promote our services.
- Manage the end-to-end production of marketing materials, including copywriting, visual content, media planning, and execution within budget and timelines.
- Analyse consumer behaviour, market trends, and data to inform marketing decisions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Conduct market research to assess demand, identify new opportunities, and optimise marketing efforts for both new and existing services.
- Support the company’s growth objectives by planning and implementing marketing programs, policies, and promotional strategies.
- Oversee social media marketing, including setup, optimisation, and management of lead generation campaigns across various platforms.
- Advise on pricing, product promotion, distribution channels, and other key marketing elements to maximise outreach and conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and customer needs.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.

**Successful Applicant Will Have**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO, SEM, and digital advertising tools.
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in marketing or advertising after qualification.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate marketing strategies and outcomes clearly.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $75,000.00 per year
