**Job Description**:
SIS Rehab are proud to be recruiting for a Data & Strategy Analyst. This is a new role reporting directly to the General Manager where you will be able to make your mark and make true impact in the industry by promoting best practice.

This role is Full time and based in Parramatta.

**A day in the life in this role would look like**:

- Manage internal systems and process to effectively monitor, review, and analyse key data to optimize procedures and efficiency of internal function.
- Perform claims reviews, trend analysis and highlight opportunities for improvement
- Focus on continuous improvement in service standards and delivery
- Gap analysis, quality analysis and reporting
- KPI business and staff reporting
- Ensure full compliance of delivery of service standards in accordance with Client requirements.

**Qualifications**:
**What skills we're looking for**:

- 2 years Claims Management, or Occupational Rehabilitation experience
- Best practice approach to case management and injury management
- Confident in Excel, Power point and Word
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Performance focused to drive quality outcomes and meet budget targets.
- Ability to motivate and empower to influence change.
