**About the business**

HouseSmart Real Estate is one of the largest residential property management agencies in Perth with over forty property management staff. We manage properties across all of Perth from Yanchep to Mandurah.

**About the role**

We will teach you everything you need to know about being a property manager, especially all the practical things that your course may not have covered.

You will be supporting our property management team through learning and doing:

- Rental home opens and private viewings
- Routine inspections
- Property condition reports
- Maintenance management
- Reception and first point of contact for client enquiries
- General office duties to help our property managers work go smoothly

There is plenty of variety and the work is fast paced. Every day is an adventure both in and out of the office.

Your initial training will be at our main office in Cloverdale, and you may subsequently continue at Cloverdale or be assigned to our Beechboro office.

Once you complete initial training, we guarantee you will be promoted to property manager in charge of your own portfolio of properties with us.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $67,500.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
