**About the role**

We are seeking an experienced Construction Worker for a Site in Brisbane, QLD. You will be supporting the project supervisor in the construction and maintenance of roads and or bridges/culverts by performing a range of duties with limited supervision. You will support the work crew in undertaking tasks, as part of a work team and plan complex work activities, to achieve project outcomes. You will maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders and project team.

**Requirements**:

- Accept responsibility for outcomes of assigned work activities.
- Exercise good interpersonal and communication skills in line with our client's guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with policies with regards to Workplace Health & Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity, anti-discrimination and other relevant policies to ensure good working relations are maintained in the work team.
- Exercise high precision operative skill when using small machinery and equipment and when performing civil construction works.
- Accurately maintain and report on daily records as applicable.
- Possess Blue/White Card - Construction Industry Card.
- Possess a Valid "MR" Class Driver's License.
- Have Reliable Transport.
- PPE (Hi Vis, Safety Boots, etc.).
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in the civil construction industry (highly desirable).
- Cert III in Civil Construction (highly desirable).
- First Aid Qualified (highly desirable).
