We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Civil Maintenance Leading Hand** to join our team. This role will oversee maintenance activities across pipe infrastructure projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and oversee the use of pipe CCTV units for inspections and reporting
- Coordinate and perform trenchless pipe repair
- Manage pipe laying and drainage works, ensuring correct grades, trenching, bedding, and alignment
- Interpret construction plans and set out levels accurately
- Ensure safe practices when working in confined spaces, trench shoring, and dewatering.
- Maintain strong communication with project managers, engineers, and team members to deliver works efficiently and to specification.
