We are seeking to hire a hardworking, customer-focused shop assistant. The duties of the shop assistant include offering a warm welcome to shoppers, monitoring their activities to prevent instances of shoplifting and setting up appropriate window displays.Additionally, you should be able to recognize the requirements of your customers and suggest the products from the store that will best meet their needs.You need to be organised and skilled with pricing and labeling tools to succeed as a store assistant. An amazing shop assistant should always provide exceptional customer service and show effective communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receiving, handling, and organising deliveries and shipments appropriately.
- Restocking depleted or low shop items and ensuring that the sales floor is organized.
- Helping customers find the items they want in the store.
- Addressing and resolving customers complaints in a professional manner.
- Processing customer payments using the shop's Point of Sale (POS) system.

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proven retail sales experience.The ability to use labeling and pricing equipment as well as Point of Sale (POS) software.

Training will be provided

**Job Type**: Part-time
