Do you love our brand and creating memorable shopping experiences? Gorman, the iconic Australian fashion label, seeks a creative and dedicated Assistant Manager to help lead our new Noosa store, which will open this September.
This is a part-time role, working 30.4 hours per week across Monday to Friday, an ideal opportunity to develop your leadership skills in a creative and fast-paced retail environment.

**Your Responsibilities**:
⠂Support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring the team.
⠂Assist in driving sales and enhancing customer engagement.
⠂Maintain the unique Gorman aesthetic and uphold brand standards.
⠂Contribute to efficient store operations
**We're looking for someone who**:
⠂Has previous retail experience (preferred but not essential)
⠂Is enthusiastic about fashion, art, and sustainability.
⠂Demonstrates strong communication and teamwork skills
⠂Brings a warm and welcoming approach to customer interactions
