**About the Role**

Moonah Park Residential Aged Care is seeking dedicated and qualified Personal Care Workers to join our team. This role involves assisting elderly clients to live safely and with dignity while promoting their well-being and autonomy. We are looking for individuals who are committed to supporting our residents in a way that ensures they feel comfortable and respected in their home.

In this varied role, your day-to-day tasks may include:

- Participating in the development and review of resident/client care plans, including completing charting and reporting any observed changes of a resident's health to the Registered Nurse;
- Undertaking and completing a number of different tasks, as delegated by the Registered Nurse;
- Maintain the personal dignity and privacy of all residents, their representatives and staff, and ensuring that all interactions are treated confidentially;
Support and assist in the provision of a comfortable, safe and secure environment.

**What you can bring to the team**

Aged Care workers in this position will be assisting residents in daily living activities that meet their individual physical, spiritual, social and cultural needs. This role offers variety, meaningful connections, and the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of others every day.

You will enjoy taking time to build relationships with our residents and getting to know them to provide the best possible care. You are a positive, reliable individual who works well with others and are happy to support your fellow team members.

**To be suitable for the position, ideally you have**:

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support;
- Demonstrated solid experience in Aged Care;
- Willingness to work a variety of shifts, across a 7-day week; Current National Police Certificate or the ability to obtain.
