**The Opportunity**

Pet Circle has recently implemented Manhattan SCALE and we are looking for an expert in this space to join us on a contract basis to ensure we are utilising the system to its fullest capacity and adopting best practice.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Oversee the daily operation of SCALE to ensure it’s working according to the design specification.
- Escalation point for system breakdowns, either supporting in person or calling the right technical support in from Manhattan to return operations back to normal.
- Coordinate with Manhattan and Pet Circle operations teams for scheduled maintenance and system updates.
- Develop reporting as required by the business and operational leaders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by understanding the warehouse work flows and then configuring Manhattan SCALE to follow the new desired state.
- Control the licence assignment to personnel within the contractually agreed limits of Manhattan and VP of Fulfilment.
- Ongoing refresher training on the WMS system or training for new starters to Pet Circle.

**The Ideal Toolkit**:

- Must have a strong understanding of best practice warehouse/fulfilment operations, using Manhattan SCALE
- Highly desirable previous experience in Manhattan SCALE WMS products at a system administrator level.
- Desirable to have experience in similar Tier 1 WMS systems such as Blue Yonder, JDA, Koerber K.Motion (High Jump) at a systems administrator level.
- Highly desirable to have worked with a Tier 1 WMS system that included a level of Mechanisation such as Packaging equipment.
- Comfortable working on the warehouse floor - it’s expected that at least 25% of your time will be spent with the operations teams on the warehouse floor, the other time would be office based liaising with other technical and operational managers.
- Confident and comfortable running classroom training sessions.

At Pet Circle we believe that collaboration and team connection is key for success. This role will be based at our Eastern Creek fulfilment centre 5 days per week with flexibility to work from home when required. There will be expectation in this role to travel interstate when the rollout to other fulfilment centres commences.
