**JOB DESCRIPTION**

The Commercial Cleaner Employee is a vital part of our team, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of both the interior and exterior restaurant spaces. This role requires a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in maintaining a welcoming environment for our customers and team members. Working independently, you will help create a positive experience by upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and order in line with McDonald’s values.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Floors**: Deep cleaning of all floors in restaurant. Sweeping, scrubbing, Squeegeeing, Mopping.
- **Interior Maintenance**: Clean and sanitize dining areas, restrooms, and back-of-house, following set checklists.
- ** Exterior Maintenance**: Maintain car parks, play areas, and patios, keeping signage, windows, and outdoor spaces tidy.
- ** Weekly Deep Cleaning**: Complete scheduled deep-cleaning tasks (e.g., vents, light fixtures) and ensure cleaning supplies are stocked.
- ** Safety and Compliance**: Follow all safety protocols, report hazards, and use PPE as required.

**Essential requirements**:

- Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently
- Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing
- Flexibility to work variable hours, typically between 12am and 8am

- Highly organised, with the ability to meet strict timelines
- Well-presented and friendly
- Availability to work Late nights/early mornings to prepare the restaurant for trade
- Highly physical job role - ability to mop, scrub, climb ladders, clean windows and toilets.
- Police Check required if successful.
- Full working rights in Australia is required.
