The Assistant Store Manager role is pivotal to the success of the store as you support the Store Manager. You will also be supported by an amazing team of donut connoisseur's This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking to step up into an advisory role and you are looking for new challenges. **About the Role**

Using your amazing supervisory skills you will lead our store teams who are passionate and excited to sell our brand

**More specifically you will be**:

- All things leadership
- You will support the Store Manager in leading our store in a hands-on role leading and motivating your team.
- You will thrive in a fast-paced role and be a passionate leader.
- You will split your time between hands on retail work in store and some administration work.
- Administrative duties include assisting with rostering, wages management; stock control/ordering.
- Oversight of store set up and close.
- Flexible days and times including a combination of weekdays and weekends to ensure touchpoints with your entire team.

**What you’ll need**:
Previous experience in a leadership role in FMCG, retail, or closely related field.
- Skilled at leading people.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Not afraid to be super hands on.
- Motivated and passionate with exceptional time-management skills.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety requirements.

**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
- Assistant manager: 1 year (preferred)
- Inventory control: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
