**Our Team**

The Thales Australia AWS business offers ship repair, maintenance and asset management / in-service support capabilities for commercial and naval ships in Australia. The business also offers the provision of docking, reticulated services and facility maintenance within Garden Island.

**Your Role**

We are seeking a Cost & Schedule Analyst to play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects and programs.

This position is based in Garden Island.

Core duties include:

- Develop and maintain Earned Value Management data for project schedules.
- Ensure accurate representation of work progress and control for deviations.
- Maintain project management artifacts (e.g., WBS, OBS, RAM).
- Implement and maintain the EVM system and analyze variances.
- Plan and schedule work using tools like Primavera.
- Prepare inputs for monthly PMO reporting and customer deliverables.
- Drive the development and maintenance of the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB).
- Support Risk & Opportunities assessments.
- Foster a cooperative working relationship within the team.
- Assist with financial data analysis and support junior team members

**Your Experience**:
On day one in this role, we'll expect you to bring the following skills, experience and behaviours:

- Qualification in Business or Engineering, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of project management lifecycle.
- Proficiency in EVM system tools (e.g., Cobra).
- Experience with Primavera and scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of schedule health checks.
- Scheduling expertise in PERT and CPM analysis.
- Financial and budgetary control experience.
- Technical understanding of the project domain (desirable).
- Experience in the development project engineering lifecycle (desirable)
- Australian Citizenship to be eligible for clearance.
