**_ Hanes Australasia is seeking a _**_Junior VRP Analyst_**_ to support our sales and inventory processes—perfect for someone looking to take their next step in sales administration, data analysis and order fulfillment. _**
- As a VRP, you’ll be the key link between our Hanes Coles Sales team, Hanes Supply Chain, and Coles supply planning. _
- You’ll also support the Metcash sales team with transport and logistics queries. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role where relationship-building and problem-solving are just as important as data and process management._

What You’ll Do_**
- _ Manage inventory levels in Coles DCs to meet service level targets_
- _ Optimise transport replenishment, orders, and deliveries_
- _ Oversee daily order management and promotional events_
- _ Lead collaborative forecasting with Coles & provide analytical support_
- _ Deliver accurate reporting to Coles & internal stakeholders_
- _ Represent Hanes in Coles Supply Planning meetings_

What You’ll Bring_**
- _ Tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline (preferred)_
- _ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills_
- _ Strong computer literacy and attention to detail_
- _ Solid organisational skills and a collaborative team approach_
- _ FMCG experience (desirable but not essential)_
