**What you’ll be doing in this role**:
The Program Assistant will be responsible for running the JewishCare’s Day Program that will bring up to 10 people per day together to learn life skills building independence and community participation.

Desired Skills and Experience

**To be successful, you will**:

- Be passionate about enabling people with intellectual disabilities to live a fulfilling and inclusive life;
- Have experience in supporting people with an intellectual/developmental disability;
- Skills and experience in training and development with adults;
- Have the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders;
- Be self-motivated and able to work with mínimal supervision;
- Be able to work in a dynamic environment and coordinate a number of activities at one time;
- Hold a valid Working with Children Check, NDIS Check and First Aid and CPR certification.

All offers of employment are dependent upon the successful completion of the organisation’s pre-employment check process. This includes (but is not limited to) the requirement to be willing to obtain a Criminal Police Check, and Visa Check and a flu vaccination.
