**Job Description: MARLIN CNC 550 Operator**

**Company Overview**
Our client's company, located in **Canning Vale**, specialises in manufacturing and fabricating aluminum and PVC profiles. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated **MARLIN CNC 550 Operator** to join our team. This role is crucial to ensuring efficient production and maintaining high-quality standards.

**Position Summary**
As a **MARLIN CNC 550 Operator**, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the MARLIN CNC 550 machine. Your primary focus will be on precision cutting of aluminum profiles to meet production demands.

This role requires attention to detail, physical strength, and a commitment to meeting daily targets.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Efficient Operation**:

- Operate the MARLIN CNC 550 machine efficiently.
- Execute repetitive cutting tasks with precision.
- Strive to achieve a minimum of **250 cuts per day** to ensure a steady supply of profiles for the Assemblers.
- **Quality Control**:

- Measure and check each cut for accuracy.
- Ensure that profiles meet specified dimensions and quality standards.
- Report any deviations promptly to the supervisor.
- **Physical Strength**:

- Handle aluminum tubes with a length of **5.85 meters** (approximately 19.2 feet).
- Safely lift and position profiles for cutting.
- **Flexibility and Overtime**:

- Understand that the CNC Machining is one of the busiest departments.
- Be willing to work **paid overtime** when necessary to meet production targets.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Previous experience operating CNC machines or similar equipment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and maneuver heavy profiles.
- Reliable and punctual work ethic.
- Basic computer skills for machine programming and data entry.

**Shift Times**
- Monday to Thursday**:7:00 AM to 3:30 PM**:

- Friday**:7:00 AM to 1:00 PM**

**Compensation**
- **Permanent full-time position**.
- Hourly wage**:$24.08** (plus production bonus).
