Adelaide CBD, Australia Career Boss Full time

Our valued client operates a modern contract bottling facility in the Wingfield. They are seeking an administration clerk for data processing in their warehouse office.

**What the role entails**:

- Data Processing, generate Invoices & general filing duties
- Generate MOR’s (Manufacturing Order Requests) and BOM’s (Bill of Materials) accurately following customer specifications
- Investigate and rectify any discrepancies identified prior to Invoicing
- Work collaboratively with all staff in ensuring compliance with the business direction and culture and the execution of functions in respect to Customer Service

- High-level attention to detail and accuracy.
- Follow customer retention strategies and work collaboratively across the business
- Communicate industry intelligence to supervisor
