Learning Cloud is an online education provider with over 1600 courses. The role we’re hiring for is a Career Coach, where you’ll be speaking with hundreds of potential students that want a positive change in their life by upskilling. Rather than requiring a degree or ten years of experience, what we’re looking for is drive, enthusiasm and the ability to speak with power. Because let’s be honest, if you’re not excited about what you’re doing, then how the hell do you excite someone else?

And yes, if you’ve gained 10 enrolments by Thursday you can choose to take Friday off and enjoy a three-day weekend Although to be fair, none of our staff do because we tempt our work fam with free lunch on Friday We truly love what we do, and kick ass doing it with a team that makes it possible.

**THE GIG**

At Learning Cloud, you are responding to enquiries from customers who are keen to learn more about all sorts of stuff - anything from accounting through to cat psychology. Yes, we're serious about the latter.

This is where the fun conversations start. You are tasked with finding out if your customer actually needs to study horticulture, or if they might benefit from something more specific like mushroom production. Yep. Again. Serious.

Enrol your customer on the spot, or follow up with them tomorrow - your targets are very achievable.

You also get to keep in touch with your student and help them through to completion. Long-term relationships for the win

And No timed breaks or calls. How sick is that?

**Salary**: $51,700.00 - $150,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:
