Guillotine Operator

House of Paper is a wholesale and retail business that sells creative paper. We've been in the paper and print industry for over 30 years, we love what we do and our customers love us.

We're looking for an experienced guillotine operator to join our small team of 4.

We have over 300 different papers that we keep in stock and actively sell, plus heaps of papers from the archives, so we're looking for someone who can:

- Cut from full sheets based on the orders that are coming in and stock required for our shelves
- Cut stock for printing and trim after (we do a little digital printing now and are looking to increase)
- Maintain the guillotine - knife changes, etc
- Keep an eye on stock levels of those 300+ papers so we're never caught out of stock
- Help keep the warehouse tidy and organised

Our guillotine is a Polar 92 EM Monitor from the 90s, we bought it recently and it's in good condition.

The role is casual, with a view to change to permanent down the track. It's a 10am-2pm shift, 5 days a week (never any weekends). However, for the right person, the hours are negotiable, as long as it's within our business hours which are 9am-4pm, Monday to Friday.
