**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a **licensed communications technician** with a strong work ethic and leadership capabilities to take a key role in one of our current construction projects. The role involves both hands-on technical work and oversight of field staff, ensuring the smooth delivery of installations and service contracts across a variety of sites.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Leading and executing structured cabling and communications installations
- Supervising on-site technicians and subcontractors
- Maintaining compliance with project timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements
- Working on a range of projects including commercial, retail, and government environments
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and professional delivery

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience in commercial/retail structured cabling installations and/or service
- Expertise in copper and fibre termination and testing - **essential**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and a focus on delivering customer value
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage others
- Willingness to work flexible hours including occasional nights and weekends (project dependent)
- Open to travel as required (with allowances provided)

**Minimum Requirements**
- OH&S General Induction (White Card)
- BICSI/ACRS Cabler Registration with relevant endorsements _or_ Certificate III in Telecommunications
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence
- Australian citizen or permanent resident
- Additional qualifications, endorsements or security clearances will be highly regarded._

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
