The primary responsibility of the **Nipper** is to support the mining team in achieving daily targets by working closely with the drill operators. This includes ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and within the required timeframes.

This role will be offered on a FIFO or DIDO 7 nights on, 7 days on, 14 days off based at our Darlot Gold Mine Operation.

Point of hire: PERTH, WA

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Ensure that the company has the capacity to achieve Zero Harm by actively identifying and reporting hazards using the sites hazard reporting system
- Demonstrate good organization skills, understand the heading priorities, and work with the drillers to prevent delays.
- Willingness to be flexible and work in other roles. Setting up cross-shift properly.
- Demonstration of good organization with prioritization of Drill rigs. Setting up headings as per the plans in a timely manner.
- Display a high level of standard to housekeeping with LV and storage areas underground.
- Other duties as required by your Supervisor / Manager.

- Full working rights in Australia
- Current and Valid Australian Manual Drivers Licence
- Experience in a labour intensive role
- Experience working in an underground environment (desirable)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
