To be successful in this role you will:

- Demonstrate strong organisational skills and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Build and maintain productive stakeholder relationships and team collaboration.
- Stay informed on emerging trends and legislative reforms
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Maintain up-to-date technical expertise and support efficient systems, processes, and policy implementation
- Analyse systems and data to produce insightful report that support informed decision-making
- Demonstrate commitment to the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG supporting outcomes for Aboriginal people.

**Essential requirements of the role**
- Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in Human Resource Management, Organisational Psychology or a relevant discipline
- A valid paid Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education.
