**Job Description**:
We are looking for kind and compassionate individuals to join the KinCare family in the Ocean Shores 2483 area. Do you have a passion for supporting the elderly who wish to remain in their homes for longer?

This is an amazing opportunity to meet people and listen to their stories. You’ll be assisting with personal care, social services such as organising outings, transportation and providing domestic assistance such as cooking, pet care, cleaning and light gardening. You’ll help review care plans to understand customer’s goals and needs, use an app to track important information and spot any hazards to ensure their safety.

**We’re looking for people with these qualities**:

- Experience working within the Aged Care sector - Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support would be great.
- If you don't have any experience but passionate about supporting some of the most vulnerable and deserving people in our community, to live independent and fulfilling lives we would love to hear from you.
- Friendly with good relationship-building skills and respectful of dignity and privacy
- You use a smart phone (avoids travel to the office) and can help your clients with theirs
- You have a current Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle - travel is part of the role
