Electrical Trainer

**Electrical Trainer - High Voltage, Hazardous Areas & Instrumentation VIC**

Volt Edge is seeking qualified Trainers and Assessors to deliver exceptional training in the Electrical Training field. We specialise in High Voltage (HV), Hazardous Areas (EEHA), Instrumentation, and other industry-relevant courses. Positions are available on a Full time, Part Time, Casual or Contractor basis for people located in Melbourne.

**The Role**

As a Trainer and Assessor, you will:

- Deliver comprehensive training and assessment materials provided by Volt Edge.
- Use our online LMS system to assess theory work and provide feedback.
- Conduct hands-on training and simulated work experiences.
- Offer constructive feedback to help students build practical skills, employability, and life skills.
- **High Voltage Switching (HV)**:

- **Hazardous Areas (EEHA)**:

- Instrumentation (Cert III & IV)
- Solar & Battery Systems
- Electrical Contractors
- Refrigeration (Cert II & III)

**About You**
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 / TAE40122) or higher qualification in Adult & Vocational Education.
- Current experience teaching HV and/or EEHA, with the ability to teach additional courses.
- A personable and engaging training style with exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to adapt learning resources and assessment tools to meet compliance and student needs.
- Advanced English written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using online learning systems and technology.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally within the state or interstate.
