We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-focused **Civil Contractor** with proven experience across diverse **civil projects**. This role is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, leadership potential, and a demonstrated ability to train and support crews in high-performance environments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate across various civil sites with a focus on productivity and efficiency
- Serve as a **Crew Trainer**, instructing operators on best practices, driving techniques, and production optimisation
- Act as a **Safety Representative**, actively promoting and enforcing WHS procedures and risk management
- Demonstrated resilience and reliability in tough weather and lengthy shifts
- Contribute to a positive team culture and assist in meeting or exceeding production targets
- Understands and applies Quality Control Techniques
- Measuring and calculation skills at a high level
- Exercises good interpersonal communication skills
- Have a sound understanding of the construction process

Pay: From $53.45 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
