We have several full-time/casual opportunities available as Production Operators/ Cheesemakers at our manufacturing sites close to Sydney and remote sites. You’ll be supported with hands on experience in the making of various cheeses and packing work.

You will work collectively in a team to maintain a high standard of the plant and process operations.
- Basic assembly of production equipment
- Housekeeping and maintaining a clean production environment.
- Physically fit and able to operate manual equipment in a sometimes hot/humid environment.
- Contribute to site continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work to achieve daily production schedules.
- Promote a safe working environment.
- Although not essential, previous cheese making, or dairy processing experience will be well regarded.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Casual

Pay: $39.00 - $44.55 per hour

Expected hours: 42 - 54 per week

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
