**About the Firms**
Our clients are a specialist law firm, specialising in all things litigation. Acting at a high professional level, they provide clear, timely advice based on the clients’ needs.
**Duties**
Working with **market-leading Partners** in a close-knit and collegiate firm, you will be involved in **large commercial disputes, regulatory investigations, insolvency and reconstruction matters. The role **involves advising your clients on insolvency and litigation matters, as well as Managing a caseload of insolvency & litigation files, including drafting legal documents and preparing for and appearing in various Courts. **The firm’s clients include both listed and unlisted companies, major insolvency practitioners, SMEs and banks/financiers.
**About You**
- Australian qualified Lawyer with **1-3 years** of **relevant experience **in commercial litigation;
- Excellent time management and communication skills;
- The ability to work independently, as well as within a team;
- The ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines; and
- Knowledge of the Australian Consumer Law, Corporations Act & Bankruptcy Act.
