## **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Retail Operations Management**: Ensure the store is well-organized, fully stocked, and running efficiently
- **Team Leadership**: Manage and support retail staff, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a positive work culture
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent service, assist customers in selecting instruments, and handle inquiries or concerns professionally
- **Sales & Performance**: Drive sales, meet business targets, and implement strategies to improve revenue
- **Stock & Inventory**: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and minimize loss
- **Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve customer or operational issues promptly
- **Administrative Duties**: Handle basic paperwork, process transactions.
- **Compliance & Store Standards**: Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and adherence to company policies
- **Adaptability**: Be open to feedback and align with management’s goals and expectations
- **Inspire & Motivate**: Create a workplace that is both enjoyable and productive, encouraging team members to excel

**Bonuses Available**

**Start Date: April 15, 2025**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 - 36 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
