Ingenious Academy is seeking a talented, high achiever and enthusiastic tutor to educate our students and lead classes at our different locations across Sydney

**Job Description / Duties**:

- Conduct tutoring sessions for a group of 6-7 students, at our different centres
- Work through problems with their students at a pace that suits them
- Adjust their teaching style to suit each individual student’s needs
- Constantly monitor students’ progress, assign homework and provide periodic feedback/updates to parents
- Be extremely punctual, reliable and ready to take initiative

**Working Hours**:

- Weekdays - 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM (After school hours)
- Right to work in Australia
- Strong in Mathematics and English Language skills
- Passion for teaching and sharing their knowledge/expertise
- Flexible with their working hours and days
- Good communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Ability and willingness to engage with and create a supporting, friendly and fun environment for children to learn and stay focused

**Preferred**:

- Proven track record and experience of tutoring small group of 6-7 students
- Fresh 12th Graduates with Advanced English and Mathematics Extension 1 and/or 2
- A University degree with high distinction (Mathematics, Literacy)
- Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid certificate is an added advantage

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 15 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift

Work Location: In person
