With a continual growth plan for expanding our portfolio across Australia and New Zealand, we have a Full Time Store Consultant role now on offer in our Distribution Team in North Melbourne.
We have a unique opportunity within our Distribution Team who specialise in managing the storage and distribution of mechanical parts and goods for EFTPOS and ATM machines. North Melbourne is our largest distribution centre for National Storage in Victoria.
**The Role**:
Reporting into the Storage Manager, our Store Consultants are a vital role within our business, as they work closely with our customers to ensure a seamless service is provided. The responsibilities include:
Deliver the ultimate customer experience, supporting our customers in making the best storage choice for their needs
Safe handling and/or storing of fragile items
Conduct engaging centre tours which showcase our facilities and answer questions they may have
Perform receipting/dispatching and pick/packing duties as required per client requests, and within a timely manner.
Keep a keen eye on centre presentation, maintenance, and cleanliness to ensure our centres always represent our high standards
Inventory and stock control of incoming and outgoing mechanical parts and goods
Maintain a safe and secure centre whilst providing support to the Storage Manager
Action general administration duties such as customer contracts, inventory, and insurance claims

**About You**:
Your CV lists previous experience working in logistics, warehousing or distribution
Building relationships comes naturally to you and is matched with a passion for delivering a genuine customer experience in a timely manner
You have a motivated, proactive and positive approach to your role and team
Driver’s license and car is required
Available to work on rotating shifts and be on call when required
