**Annual Salary**: Approximately **$69,160** (based on **$35/hour**, 38 hours/week, 52 weeks/year)

**The Position**:

- Install solar racking systems and panels on residential and commercial rooftops.
- Inspect and prepare rooftops to ensure safe and secure installation.
- Follow strict safety protocols and uphold company standards.
- Work alongside electricians and team members to complete installations efficiently.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Previous roofing experience preferred.
- Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions.
- Strong physical fitness and ability to lift heavy equipment.
- A commitment to safety and attention to detail.
- White Card & Working at Heights certification (or willingness to obtain).
