**About the Role**
- Join our dynamic team at Ingle Farm in supervising the day-to-day activities of the store. Key responsibilities of this role will include:

- Assisting in coaching the retail team and ensuring professional customer service is always provided
- Assisting the retail team with pretesting and dispensing
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store and be front of house support
- Maintaining store presentation, stock management and implementing roster changes
- Able to meet KPI targets

**What Experience Are We Looking For**:

- Previous leadership or training experience
- A self-starter with the proven ability to lead by example in achieving store objectives
- Willingness to coach and develop team members in delivering exceptional service
- Previous experience in the optical industry highly desired but not necessary
- Proven ability to work under pressure whilst delegating effectively
