Quantum Disability Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Female (Indian Origin) Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing person-centered support to individuals with disabilities, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives and participate actively in their communities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client Support:_

Assist clients with daily living activities, including **personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.**

Job Require Female (Indian Origin) Support Worker, Male client in **Macquarie Park** require morning shifts, **must be female support worker.**Morning shift 8:30am to 11:00am. **Indian Breakfast Preparation is a must.**AlsoCar is a must to go out for shopping client. Minimum 1 year experience required in a similar role.

Foster a positive and supportive environment that promotes independence and well-being.
- Community Engagement:_

Accompany and support clients in community outings and social activities.

Encourage and facilitate participation in community events and programs.
- Communication and Documentation:_

Maintain clear and accurate records of client interactions and progress.

Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other team members.
- Safety and Well-being:_

Ensure the safety and security of clients at all times.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour
