OCG is working with a successful international online trader that offers a commission free, one-stop investment hub for international trading markets. They offer a platform with tradeable products which include Australian and International shares, ETFs and derivatives.

Our client is currently in a significant growth phase of the business, rapidly expanding into different global territories.

They are looking for a customer service professional who is keen to develop their knowledge of the trading markets and of both Australian and International trading products. Someone with an interest in the market trading environment, with a fintech that offers leading innovative technology, an organisation that offers flexible working arrangements. Professionals with excellent communication skills, patience, excellent listening skills, and have the ability to work with a range of stakeholders both from Australia and the global team.

To be successful we are looking for the following:

- Strong customer service skills with experience in a fast-paced environment (contact centre, retail, or hospitality).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and passionate about giving excellent customer service.
- The desire to build a career in financial services
- The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships, both internally as well as externally
- Organizational and time management skills
- A strong aptitude to analyse and solve problems
- Prior banking or finance related experiences highly regarded

To ensure success, we are seeking detail-oriented professionals who have a passion for customer service, professionals who can work both autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.
