**About the role**

We are looking for a Retail Manager to join our team. As an experienced retail manager, you will be bringing retail team leadership, with a successful proven ability in selling telecommunication and technology-based solutions in a fast-paced retail environment. Provide training to new staff and monitoring, refilling stocks and handling customer complaints. Able to repair mobile phones and other electronics devices.

Duties and responsibilities:

- Manage on the day-to-day operations of the store
- Store merchandise and shop floor management
- Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
- Create and execute short/long term sales strategies which align with the company objectives
- Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
- Sell goods and services to customers and advising them on product use
- Responsible for the overall customer satisfaction
- Providing training to staffs with the latest technologies

Skills and experience
- Diploma in Business or equivalent
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment & perform under pressure
- Strong knowledge of mobile tech and willingness to learn
- Able to repair mobile phones and others electronic devices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Point of Sale (POS) software: 1 year (preferred)
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Retail management: 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
