**Salary / Benefits**: Base salary is between $100k - $135k There is a fully maintained company vehicle included. There is flexibility on work from home. A bonus structure sits on top of final base salary. Additional leave days on top of standard 4 weeks per annum and public holidays.

We are a fast growing national **LABOUR HIRE** company, in operation since 2003. Our focus is on blue collar construction, manufacturing, mining, these people are the core of our business.

This role reports into the owner and has control of the operations of our QLD business, and will be a contender for future larger positions coming up in the next two years.

We are looking for someone who has already done a similar role, so we won't bore you with the nuts and bolts, but rather highlight where we think we might offer something that is missing for you right now.

We are thinking this role will suit an individual who has been a Branch Manager or State Manager in a larger labour hire company, and wants to expand into a broader general management role. Or someone who has worked for a smaller labour hire company and needs the next challenge. There are other big jobs up for grabs in a couple of years, but there are existing contenders so we are looking for someone who comes in, hits the ground running, demonstrates true leadership (not operationally doing everything yourself, but enabling others) and immediately adds value in ideas that help us achieve our ambitions.

In this role you have a small team, you have existing vacancies to fill to support you and you have the scope to scale up fast. The initial team reporting to you is only 2 people. You will expand this number as you achieve the short term growth plans that are in place. The Brisbane office is in Newstead 4006, there is parking included in the city and the office has its own kitchenette and full bathroom/shower facilities. Your actual location will change based on your priorities, sometime in the office, sometimes at home and sometimes on the road with our clients and on site workers.
