Brioche by Philip is an award winning bakery and has become a Melbourne institution. We currently operate 4 retail stores with plans for additional stores over the next 3 years.

As such we are looking for full-time and part-time experienced bakers to join our team and grow with us.

For full time, you will need to be available to work 5 days a week, included weekend shift, also able to working overnight commencing from 8pm to 4am
- Location: Prahran, Victoria
- Salary: $60,000 to $76,000 plus super plus incentives
- Work type : Full-time / Part-time

The successful applicant will have the following:

- Experience working as a baker
- Good knowledge of baking techniques including mixing and temperature contral
- Competent in operating, setting and adjusting ovens
- Competent with weighing and mixing ingredients
- Passion in baking and making food products
- Have a good knowledge of food and safety hygiene
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work quickly and have a good attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Be a team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $76,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus
